My Background
I’m a mindful eating coach with a background in nutrition, body-based practices, and lived experience healing my own relationship with food and my body.
Like many women, I spent years believing my body needed to be controlled. I thought discipline was the answer — until I realized the real work was learning how to feel safe again.
Motherhood deepened this awareness. I saw how much our children absorb not just what we say, but how we speak to ourselves, how we eat, and how we rest.

My Approach.
Now, I support women in reconnecting with their bodies through nervous system–informed mindful eating — without rules, shame, or pressure.
This work isn’t about perfection.
It’s about trust, compassion, and creating a different legacy
